蝦米炒苦瓜 Fried Bitter Gourd with Dried Shrimp
材料Ingredients:
苦瓜 150克
蝦米1湯匙 (蝦米洗淨濾干)
鹽,胡椒粉和糖適量
姜片少許
蒜末和洋蔥末
150g of Bitter Gourd
1 tablespoon dried shrimp (soaked n drained)
sliced ginger
minced garlic & onion
salt, pepper and sugar
苦瓜去瓤,切成薄片,加入鹽腌制10分鐘, 濾干 。
鍋中加入油燒熱加入姜片,蒜末和洋蔥末炒香,
加入苦瓜片和調味料,
適量的鹽,胡椒粉和糖。翻炒至脆軟即可。
clean and slice bitter gourd into thin slices
soak bitter gourd with lightly salted water for about 10 minutes, drained
heat oil in wok, add in sliced ginger, minced garlic & onion
fry for 1-2 minutes, add in the dried shrimps stir fry for another 1-2 minutes
pour in the bitter gourd, add in salt, pepper and sugar to taste
stir fry the bitter gourd until cooked
